Internet@Schools West, like its East Coast sister event, Internet@Schools East, is a conference especially for library media and technology
specialists who are using the Internet and technology in K-12 schools. Sponsored by MultiMedia and Internet@Schools
magazine, this two-day conference covers technology, tools, trends, and practical topics, and is held in Monterey, CA, in conjunction with Internet Librarian 2010.
Internet@Schools West will be held on Monday and Tuesday, October 25-26, 2010, concurrent and co-located with Internet Librarian
and its exhibit hall.
Building on Your Success … and Ours
The Internet@Schools conferences have been a big success thanks to well-received presentations from folks like you! One recent attendee and speaker wrote: “I rate the concurrent Internet@Schools and Internet Librarian conferences as THE events at which I learn the MOST in a given year … Go if you can.” To that, we’d like to add: Make a presentation if you can!
You Are Invited…
If you are running an innovative program through your school library or media/technology center that is helping your students learn or your colleagues teach, or if you are willing to share your practical tips, tools, or techniques about using technology and the Internet in schools, we want you! Please volunteer to speak at Internet@Schools West.
Submit a proposal by clicking on the link at the top of this page as soon as possible. Include the following brief details of your proposed presentation on the

All proposals will be reviewed by the organizers and notification regarding acceptance will be made in a few weeks.
