Chris Belter is a Public Services Librarian for LAC Group currently on assignment at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Central Library in Silver Spring, MD. Chris manages, analyzes, and evaluates collections of scientific publications, provides information and education services, and maintains the library's web presence. He received an MLS from the University of Maryland in 2009 and a BA in Religion from Shenandoah University in 2004.
