Katherine Simpson, Associate Director for Organizational Development, American University Library

Katherine Simpson has led the strategic planning efforts at the American University Library for more than nine years. She holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management, and was made the Associate Director for Organizational Development in 2008 after managing various public services for many years. Her accomplishments include an American University Teamwork Award, and various speaking engagements on strategic planning and talent management.
