Formerly editor and producer of Information Highways Magazine and Conference and Executive Director of the e-Content Institute. Canadian marketing director for Faxon Canada. Began career in librarianship as a Information Officer at the Royal Bank of Canada (under the mentorship of Jane Dysart). Hold a Masters in Library Science and a Marketing degree from Ryerson University in Toronto
