Nina McHale, Assistant Professor, Web Librarian, Auraria Library, University of Colorado Denver

Nina McHale is Assistant Professor, Web Librarian at the Auraria Library in Denver, which serves the University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver, and the Community College of Denver. She has experience in reference and systems, and prior to coming to Auraria, she held academic positions at Howard Community College (Columbia, Maryland) and Georgetown University. Her professional interests include user-centered web design, federated searching, chat reference services, and library applications of Web 2.0 technologies. She has presented on technology topics at national conferences, including Reference Renaissance and the LITA National Forum.
