Delegates to Computers in Libraries 2006 may register for any number of days, each of which are comprised of four tracks. The fee includes:

  • Participation in any conference track for each day booked. (Delegates may switch between tracks as they choose.)
  • Admission to the exhibit hall
  • Conference packet
  • Exhibitors’ reception on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Morning and afternoon coffee

Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.

Discounts
Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from the following rates for full conference registrations only: First person @ $399; second person and all additional registrants @ $185. After February 24 add $10 to each level. All registrations for group discounts must be sent to Information Today, Inc. under one cover. (Many OCLC broker networks and regional library cooperatives are offering special discount rates. Contact your network director for further details.)

Discounts are not available for pre and postconference workshops.

The Hilton Washington is pleased to offer reduced guest room rates of $192 for a single and $212 for a double to Computers in Libraries attendees who book by February 27, 2006. Reservations must be made by calling the hotel direct at 202-483-3000 and identifying yourself as part of the Computers in Libraries group. The Hilton also accepts online reservations at www.washington.hilton.com. You must enter the Group Code: CIL to be placed in the proper group room block and to receive the discounted rate.

The discounted room block is subject to availability, and therefore is not guaranteed. So, please book early. Per Hilton policy, all hotel reservations must be accompanied by a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later than February 24, 2006. Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on February 24, 2006. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference.
