The 15th Computers in Libraries conference and exhibition will be held at the Washington Hilton and Towers, Washington, DC, March 15-17, 2000. Computers in Libraries is the leading conference for librarians and information professionals who need to know about the latest technologies, equipment, software, and services available. ATTENDANCE
The meeting sponsor, Information Today, Inc., has a comprehensive promotional program scheduled to insure a large turnout of librarians, information professionals, and interested end users. The preliminary program will be mailed to over 100,000 qualified prospects in the United States and Canada. Over 4,000 attendees are expected at Computers in Libraries 2000. Information Today, Inc. is also the sponsor and organizer of the National Online Meeting, the largest electronic information conference and exhibition in North America, Internet Librarian, and Internet Librarian International.
 
 
FREE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Each exhibitor receives one free conference registration which provides the designated individual with access to all sessionsCa $295 value. Group discounts are available for exhibiting companies that wish to register additional individuals for the conference. Booth personnel not registering for the conference itself will receive badges allowing them access to the exhibit area at no charge.
 
 
EXHIBIT TICKETS
Each exhibitor will automatically be given a supply of 100 exhibit tickets to send to clients and potential clients. Additional tickets may be obtained upon request.
 
 
EXHIBITS
Standard exhibit booth size is 8" x 10". However, the floor plan has been configured to provide some 10" x 10" booths, as well as larger in-line and island booths. (See floor plan for dimensions and prices.)  All booths include backdrop and side rails. The exhibit hall is not carpeted; exhibitors may order carpeting and additional furnishings through the official contractor, GES Exposition Services.

Additional Promotional Opportunities
 
PORTFOLIO SERVICE
Exhibitors wishing to include their product literature in the portfolio given to each conference registrant are invited to do so. An insertion in the portfolio should weigh no more than 1 ounce: each insertion costs $525. The number of pieces required should be confirmed closer to the meeting date (approximately February 4, 2000).
 
 
ADVERTISING IN THE MEETING PROGRAM
Full-page and half-page advertisements may be reserved in the Official Meeting Program at the following rates:

Full Page (7" x 10") — $1150
Half Page (7" x 5") — $950

Premiums for inside covers are $400 and the premium for the back cover is $525. Premiums for special positions are $195. Inquire about rates for additional colors. Closing date for ad materials is February 11, 2000.
 
 
ADVERTISING IN ASSOCIATED PUBLICATIONS
Information Today, Inc. publishes numerous titles for the information and library communities. These include Information Today, Computers in Libraries, Searcher, Link-Up, and MultiMedia Schools, all of which will have bonus circulations to be distributed at Computers in Libraries.
