Rachel Shaw, Librarian, The Bay School

Rachel Shaw is the founding librarian at The Bay School, an independent high school in The Presidio of San Francisco. She started her career in information as a "surfer" at Yahoo! in 1996, where she catalogued web sites. Her passions are integrating mindfulness practice into her daily life as a librarian to teenagers and as a parent of young sons. She can be found online at mindfullibrarian.com.
