Anne O'Shea

Anne O'Shea is the Manager of Digital Services at Vancouver Public Library, where she oversees websites, digital content licensing, online engagement, eLearning and community digital initiatives. Prior to this role she was the Project Manager for a two year RFID implementation. Her early career was spent in special libraries and academic libraries, where she worked on several initiatives related to technology, online experience and virtual services. Her interests include: facilitation, meaningful consultation processes, statistical geekery.
