Sonya Betz, Web and User Experience Librarian, MacEwan University
Sonya Betz is the Web and User Experience Librarian at MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. She is actively engaged in seeking out new opportunities to improve the online experience for students and faculty, and is the UX lead on MacEwan's exciting virtual services integration project - an ambitious effort to use commercial and home-grown APIs to build vendor tools (such as MacEwan's ILS and discovery service) seamlessly into the Library's own web environment.
