Sharon Yang, Associate Professor/Librarian, Rider University

Dr. Sharon Yang works as Associate Professor/Systems Librarian at Rider University. Her research interests include library systems and technologies, discovery tools, and the Semantic Web. Dr. Yang has done numerous presentations at conferences, published many journal articles, and has been active serving on committees of such professional organizations as New Jersey Library Association, Chinese American Librarian Association, and New Jersey Virtual Academic Library Environment. She is the recipient of 2012 Research Award from New Jersey Library Association and 2012 Jing Liao Award for the Best Research in All Media.
