Richard P Hulser

Richard Hulser is chief librarian at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. He is responsible for the research library and archives for the NHM family of museums that also includes the Tar Pits at La Brea Museum and the William S. Hart Ranch and Museum in Newhall, California.

Richard has expertise regarding content licensing and management, technology strategy planning, vendor partnerships and negotiations, and digital library management. He comments on these topics through his blog http://Cybrarianviews.com. Richard is also an SIIA Certified Contents Rights Manager and a Fellow of Special Libraries Association.
