Madison is a librarian contracted by ASRC Primus at the EPA, where she works with reference and research suport, information architecture, and previously, in metadata. She has a passion for customer service, as well as teaching and empowering all patrons. She earned her MLS at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
