David Folmar

David Folmar is Emerging Media Technology Librarian at Richmond Public Main. While a recent MLS, David has 20 years of Digital Video and Audio production and presentation experience. He has worked and consulted for major corporations and in various capacities creating instructional materials. David has also has several years working with web technology, as well as doing on-line social network research. He has been an early adopter of digital technology starting with his first TI-80. Now David researches UX, Social Media, Open Source Software, Gaming and Simulation, and Cognitive Semantics pertaining to Digital and Media Literacy. He also likes dogs.
