Cheryl Napsha, Director, Provincetown Public Library
Cheryl Napsha has been a public library director for 23 years in 5 libraries in 4 states. Her primary emphasis is on using the public library to create community, and developing programs and services that are tailored to the needs of the individual town. In 1996 she created the first full-service branch library inside a supermarket. She is currently Director of the Provincetown Public Library and Executive Director of the Provincetown Public Press.
