Hear how one library responded to the migration to a resource centered management (RCM) financial model, a decentralized approach to budget allocation that assigns greater control over resource decisions to academic colleges and deans. Under the new RCM model, the library receives its funding directly from the contributions of the colleges, rather than from a centralized budget pool.
