Barbie E. Keiser is an information resources management (IRM) consultant located in the Washington, DC, area, and operating globally. She has more than 20 years experience in the Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management, both of which she teaches at the Carey Business School, Johns Hopkins University (MBA-MSIS dual degree program).
