Delegates to Computers in Libraries 2009 may register for any number of days, each of which are comprised of four tracks. The fee includes:

  • Participation in any conference track for each day booked. (Delegates may switch between tracks as they choose.)
  • Admission to the exhibit hall
  • Conference bag and collected presentations
  • Exhibitor Hall reception on Monday evening
  • Continental breakfast each morning before the keynote
  • Morning and afternoon coffee
  • Attendee luncheon in exhibit hall on Wednesday

Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. [Travel/Hotel Information]

Discounts
Organizations sending more than one registrant to Computers in Libraries or Internet@Schools can benefit greatly from the following rates for full conference registrations only:

  • Computers in Libraries: First person @ $469; second person and all additional registrants @ $234. After March 6 add $20 to each level.
  • Internet@Schools: First person @ $199; second person and all additional registrants @ $109. After March 6 add $10 to each level.
  • Internet@Schools plus full Computers in Libraries conference: $469; second person and all additional registrants @ $234. After March 6 add $20 to each level.
All registrations for group discounts must be submitted on the same day. (Many OCLC broker networks and regional library cooperatives are offering special discount rates. Contact your network director for further details.)

Discounts are not available for pre- and postconference workshops.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later than March 6, 2009. Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on March 6, 2009. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference.

 
Registration will take place on the Independence Level of the Hyatt Regency located one level down from the hotel lobby. Registration packets may be picked up during the following hours:

Monday, March 30: 9:45 PM to 5:45 PM
Tuesday, March 31: 9:45 AM to 4:00 PM
Wednesday, April 1: 9:45 AM to 2:00 PM
Registration Desk Hours 
Sunday, March 29: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 
Monday, March 30: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday, March 31: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Wednesday, April 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday, April 2: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in substitution of a presentation topic and/or speaker. Information Today, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of any Computers in Libraries 2009 participant while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
