Martin House, Manager of Information Services, Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County (PLCMC)

I received my MLIS in 1998 and have worked as a Reference Librarian for over 10 years.  Currently I serve as the Manager of Information Services of Main Library and oversee 10 librarian and 10 non-librarian staff.  I piloted gaming at PLCMC, especially for adults, and we are moving into year three of this program.  The program is actually becoming a service.
