Barbara Kountouzi, Coordinator of Education and Research Services, Bi, University of Pennsylvania

Barbara Kountouzi received her B.A. in Greece and a dual M.S. in Library Science and Information Systems from Drexel University.  Her main duties and interests as the Coordinator of Education and Research Services of the Biomedical Library of the University of Pennsylvania, revolve around software application user training, virtual learning communities, and staff training. Barbara has a special interest in second language acquisition and pedagogy, and is now pursuing a M.Ed in TESOL at the University of Pennsylvania.
