Annette Gaskins, Technical Resources Librarian, Harford County Public Library

Annette Gaskins is the Technical Resources Librarian at the Harford County Public Library in Maryland.  She was the other co-chair for the HCPL Learning 2.0 Kick-Off Technology Fair.  She has been training the information-desk staff in Harford County to use the ILS system and other databases extensively since 1999.
